About the role
- Vantage is a SaaS startup that uses guest data to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage brand development and ensure consistent brand positioning across customer journey.
- Oversees creation of new content, including blogs, email, newsletters, website pages.
- Develop digital lead generation strategies and lead nurturing execution through Salesforce.
- Coordinate tradeshow and event support, including logistics and client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- Seven years of marketing experience, including strategy and digital marketing; minimum of two years of SaaS-related marketing experience.
- Strong proficiency with social media platforms and customer engagement technologies.
- Experience with lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
- Eye for visual design, with experience using tools such as InDesign and Figma.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and/or the United States.
