About the role

  • Filter & prioritize incoming project opportunities
  • Prepare & submit tailored applications and proposals
  • Manage client communications and follow-ups professionally

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field
  • 2–3 years experience in sales support, business development, or administration
  • Fluent English (writing & speaking) – B2 minimum, C1 preferred
  • Strong writing skills – you can draft clear, professional proposals and emails
  • High attention to detail – you spot errors others miss
  • Organized & proactive – you manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital tools
  • Able to work flexibly across time zones when needed
