About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for administering and providing oversight for a wide variety of credit and collection functions.
Ensures compliance with established guidelines, reviews and monitors credit sources, credit files, customer applications and delinquent accounts.
Oversees the process of gathering, compiling, and maintaining basic credit information.
Maintains records on credit risks, delinquent accounts and incomplete files.
Responds to all communications and requests for assistance from the branches in a timely manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility
Commercial construction industry collection experience in the NY market - REQUIRED
Experience with Oracle and getpaid - Preferred
Lien and Bond claim experience
Must be good working with customers (potential for customer facing)
