Key responsibilities & impact

Support, monitor, test, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware and software pertaining to local area and wide area networks.
Monitors data network system performance.
Performs data network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose performance issues.
Installs and configures hardware.
Performs upgrades to hardware and software components.
Orders equipment, prepares installation specifications, and monitors progress of installation for core and branch network infrastructure.

Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field
Certification is required in some areas.
