About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support
  • Coordinate planning activities, track progress, prepare reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently
  • Maintains, organizes, and updates project documentation and content to ensure accuracy, version control, and easy accessibility
  • Collaborates with the business to gather, validate, and analyze project information, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource data
  • Prepares detailed status reports, dashboards, and presentations to aid in decision-making and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinates the execution and on-time completion of project milestones by partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and timelines
  • Identifies and communicates project issues, dependencies, and risks
  • Supports the development of proactive mitigation strategies and solutions
  • Supports resource planning activities by tracking allocations and identifying potential constraints or gaps
  • Fosters effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and expectations
  • Evaluates project management processes, tools, and templates; recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in project management environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with the capacity to make data-driven suggestions.
