About the role
- Ensure exceptional service through effective management of sales and operational activities for large geographic areas and/or key accounts
- Oversees all operations including expense controls, shrinkage, inventory management, and sales and distribution tasks
- Oversees the management of regional sales teams and customer relationship building
- Analyzes sales and operating reports for opportunities and establishes initiatives to address deficiencies
- May be responsible for customer service oversight
- May review and approve district advertising and promotional strategy and activities
Requirements
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
- Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity
