Paid Media Specialist – SaaS
Whistle & WhistlePaid Media Specialist managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for SaaS company. Focusing on strategy, optimization, and performance reporting in a flexible, remote part-time role.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, launch, and manage high-performing paid search, display, and paid social campaigns across Google and LinkedIn.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and lower CPA.
- Refine target personas, build lookalike/matched audiences, and set up robust retargeting funnels.
- Monitor campaign performance daily. Deliver clear, actionable weekly/monthly reports highlighting KPIs, insights, and next steps.
- Ensure proper setup of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 to accurately measure success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and LinkedIn Ads with a track record of measurable success.
- Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- You understand how to write compelling ad copy that resonates with corporate decision-makers on LinkedIn and high-intent searchers on Google.
- You need to be highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing your own timeline.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
