Be the driving force behind successful client implementations, focusing on quote-to-revenue initiatives and sales process optimization.
Serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal technical specialists.
Ensure that complex CPQ and CLM projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of excellence.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align project objectives and strategies.
Conduct online meetings across various time zones primarily focusing on the North American market.
Lead internal project meetings and present clear, concise updates to external client executives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or customer success, specifically within a CPQ/CLM or Sales Operations environment.
Proven experience with DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, or similar platforms.
Ability to advise clients on best practices for complex pricing models, sales automation, and RevOps workflows.
A detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple high-priority projects and diverse stakeholders simultaneously.
Flexibility to conduct online meetings across various time zones, with a primary focus on the North American market.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead internal project meetings and present clear, concise updates to external client executives.
PMP certification or equivalent training is a significant advantage.
Official DealHub or CPQ-related certifications.
A solid background in B2B SaaS, revenue operations, or sales process optimization.
Experience managing project budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
