Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering
- 5-10 years of engineering management experience
- 2-4 years of senior engineering management experience
- Proven track record of managing multi-functional technical teams
- Experience leading teams that own APIs and backend services
- Strong history of delivering platform-level infrastructure in a fast-paced organization
- Ability to challenge and guide architecture and design decisions
- Familiarity with managing software delivery in distributed environments
- Comfort working in data-rich or ontology-heavy domains is a strong plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
