About the role

  • Collaborate with business users and product owners to gather requirements and prepare product backlog for future sprints.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) clearly outlining business needs.
  • Translate BRDs into epics in Jira and derive user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct product grooming sessions with implementers and ensure readiness for sprint execution.
  • Support the implementation or maintenance of SAP BRIM solutions, including Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Convergent Mediation.
  • Understand and support complex integration processes between SAP BRIM, other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP FI), and third-party systems (CRM, ERP).
  • Monitor and manage data flows and interfaces between systems.
  • Understand workflow processes and provide input on ABAP developments when needed.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM (Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Mediation).
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in implementing or supporting SAP BRIM solutions.
  • Strong functional and technical understanding in a BRIM environment.
  • Ability to work independently and provide high advisory competency.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex processes.
  • Basic understanding of ABAP development.
  • Nice to have: Experience integrating SAP BRIM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with workflow processes and agile methodologies.
