• Provide expert SAP BRIM functional consultation and support, primarily focused on Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• Configure and optimize Convergent Invoicing processes with good understanding of Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Mediation (CM)
• Define and implement pricing configuration and billing logic
• Collaborate with ABAP Developers and Functional Consultants to deliver solution design
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and debug complex billing workflows
• Provide expert SAP BRIM consultation and support focused on Convergent Mediation
• Work on configuration, data integration, and performance optimization within the mediation process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow across BRIM components
