About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across client organizations.
  • Proactively monitor client health and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Lead contract renewals and manage the renewal process.
  • Leverage AI tools daily for account planning and communications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our virtual health products.
  • Coordinate with Implementation and Solutions teams for onboarding new clients.
  • Collaborate with Product, Clinical Operations, and Support teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years in account management or customer success, with 2+ years in healthcare or digital health.
  • Thinks in terms of client business outcomes, navigates ambiguity independently.
  • Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day workflows.
  • Exceptional communicator at all organizational levels.
  • Customer-obsessed, self-directed, and collaborative.
  • Knowledge of the digital health landscape, healthcare trends, and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
