About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across client organizations.
- Proactively monitor client health and resolve issues swiftly.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Lead contract renewals and manage the renewal process.
- Leverage AI tools daily for account planning and communications.
- Develop a deep understanding of our virtual health products.
- Coordinate with Implementation and Solutions teams for onboarding new clients.
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical Operations, and Support teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years in account management or customer success, with 2+ years in healthcare or digital health.
- Thinks in terms of client business outcomes, navigates ambiguity independently.
- Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day workflows.
- Exceptional communicator at all organizational levels.
- Customer-obsessed, self-directed, and collaborative.
- Knowledge of the digital health landscape, healthcare trends, and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
