About the role

  • Serve as the clinical architect of our virtual care ecosystem
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure clinical integrity
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for prospective clients
  • Design, implement, and oversee robust Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI) programs
  • Ensure all virtual care programs and clinical protocols are evidence-based, compliant, and optimized for a digital-first environment
  • Align clinical priorities with Account Management and Operations for seamless execution

Requirements

  • An MD or DO with 10+ years of medical practice
  • At least 7 years of leadership experience specifically within virtual care or health-tech environments
  • Proficient in clinical informatics
  • Active user of AI in clinical applications and productivity tools
