Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand (preferably startup or high-growth environment)
Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and growth
Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and humor
Deeply obsessed with what makes content perform—hooks, pacing, retention, and why people keep watching
Highly proficient in short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Strong editing skills and familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar
Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, with a natural on-screen presence when needed
Operates with a high-output mindset, consistently creating and testing multiple pieces of content per week
Self-starter who thrives in a scrappy, fast-paced environment.
