About the role
- Design end-to-end experiences that protect the integrity of the platform while minimizing friction for good users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex policies and workflows into intuitive product experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals that bring clarity to ambiguous trust and safety problems
- Contribute to the broader design system while advocating for accessibility and inclusive user experiences.
- Use data, research, and feedback to iterate on existing tools and identify areas for improvement
- Support the internal teams who moderate content, review reports, and resolve user issues with efficient and usable tooling
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally including work on trust, safety, compliance, or integrity teams
- Strong interaction and systems thinking—you can untangle complex flows and design for edge cases
- Strong Portfolio that demonstrates your experience.
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Protopie, Framer, etc.).
- Deep understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
