About the role

  • Responsible for the monthly preparation and analysis of various management reports and performance indicators;
  • Responsible for the monthly calculation of commissions for the sales team;
  • Preparation and analysis of company budget monitoring reports;
  • Participation in the budgeting process, coordinating forecasts with other areas and securing approval of the finalized budget with senior management;
  • Identifying improvements to departmental processes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
  • MS Office — Word, PowerPoint (intermediate) and Excel (advanced);
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Previous experience in FP&A is a plus;
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
