About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, design, develop, and test automated processes using RPA product suites
- Lead integration of the RPA application with other enterprise systems and data sources
- Works closely with business on all technical aspects of an RPA deployment
- Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyze and estimate new processes
- Configuring new Automation processes and objects using core workflow principles
- Creating and maintaining solution documentation
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements
- Communicating with Automation software supplier on software related issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience with software development
- Robotic Process Automation tools, such as: UiPath and Blue Prism
- Experience developing AI Agents with UiPath, AWS or others
- Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), Business Process Management (BPM)
- Working experience with Python, AWS Bedrock, AWS AgentCore, Azure OCR, .NET or comparative technologies
- Experience in working with highly transactional, e-commerce, or finance related industry
- Experience with Agile and issue/project tracking software such as Jira
- Experience with source code control integration, such as GIT or Subversion
