About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of agent experience and sales enablement initiatives that support Corporate Payments and OTR sales organizations.
- Develop and deploy enhancements and new functionality within Salesforce to improve seller productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI solutions and AI-powered sales tools to streamline workflows and improve sales efficiency.
- Lead initiatives focused on go-to-market modernization, lead quality improvement, and data quality optimization.
- Partner with sales leaders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Translate business needs into product strategies, requirements, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive measurable business impact.
- Define success metrics and leverage data to evaluate product performance and guide decision-making.
- Facilitate discovery efforts to identify user pain points, validate assumptions, and uncover opportunities for innovation.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by communicating product vision, priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
- Partner closely with Sales Operations, Change Management, and Training teams to support successful product adoption.
- Co-lead a shared Scrum team and ensure delivery of high-quality product outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of multi-year product strategies that align with organizational and business goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years of Product Management experience with increasing ownership and accountability.
- Experience owning product initiatives from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization.
- Strong Salesforce proficiency and experience supporting business workflows through Salesforce-based solutions.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or other commercial organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer or business problems and translate them into product solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience building business cases, prioritizing opportunities, and managing product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive initiatives forward with a bias for action.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, workflows, or business outcomes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Confluence, and Snowflake.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
