About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • lead and coach a team of Territory Sales Managers
  • drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractor segments
  • execute the sales strategy, ensuring your team meets regional targets
  • conduct regular 1-on-1s, pipeline inspections, and territory optimization sessions
  • own the team’s sales targets
  • implement repeatable, data-backed sales motions
  • collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8+ years of progressive sales experience
  • at least 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • understanding of SMB contractor markets, specifically HVAC, Plumbing, or related trades
  • strong command of sales pipeline dynamics and forecasting
  • proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales enablement or analytics tools
  • ability to work effectively across Marketing, Product, and Channel teams
