About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead and coach a team of Territory Sales Managers
- drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractor segments
- execute the sales strategy, ensuring your team meets regional targets
- conduct regular 1-on-1s, pipeline inspections, and territory optimization sessions
- own the team’s sales targets
- implement repeatable, data-backed sales motions
- collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years of progressive sales experience
- at least 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring sales teams
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- understanding of SMB contractor markets, specifically HVAC, Plumbing, or related trades
- strong command of sales pipeline dynamics and forecasting
- proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales enablement or analytics tools
- ability to work effectively across Marketing, Product, and Channel teams
