About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide first-level support for tool-related issues
- Assist with user onboarding and training sessions
- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other training resources
- Promote user adoption and best practices
- Assist with basic tool configuration and maintenance tasks under supervision
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Create and update project templates, workflows, and dashboards
- Maintain accurate tool documentation
- Generate standard reports and dashboards on tool usage and performance
- Assist with data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Stay informed about tool updates, new features, and best practices
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities
- Develop a strong understanding of project management and agile methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic understanding of project management and agile concepts
- Familiarity with Jira, JSM, Confluence or similar tools
- Comfortable working with data and generating reports
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Certifications or training in project management (e.g., CAPM) or agile (e.g., Scrum Fundamentals) is a plus
- Experience with other enterprise software applications is a plus
