About the role
- Oversee team supporting implementation of COBRA, Direct Bill, FSA, HRA, HSA, Commuter Accounts and other lines of business
- Champion and improve onboarding methodology, knowledge sharing, and onboarding service delivery
- Ensure compliance across implementation teams and up-to-date documents/tutorials
- Collaborate with other teams to develop customer solutions and process efficiencies
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of client benefits services and COBRA eligible plans
- Ensure proper staffing and use metrics for new sales and product add-ons
- Evaluate staff performance via daily interactions, one-on-ones and performance reviews; provide feedback and training
- Monitor processes/procedures for accuracy and effectiveness; prioritize and delegate projects
- Serve as escalation point and contact for Strategic Partner Management Team as needed
- Report team needs, trends and effectiveness to management; identify training needs
- Travel to on-site partner meetings and provide training as necessary
- Maintain HIPAA policy and assist with special projects assigned by leadership
Requirements
- Prior management/leadership experience
- Client and escalation management experience (preferred)
- Experience in writing and maintaining procedures
- Experience monitoring accuracy and communicating employee feedback
- Experience with Federal and State COBRA regulations and administrative processes
- Experience with Section 125 regulations and administrative processes
- 4-year degree in related field OR equivalent management work experience
- Must adhere to security policies
- Ability to travel to on-site partner meetings as necessary
