About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee marketing campaigns and projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities to successfully deliver on growth objectives while proactively resolving any issues to remain on-budget.
- Support key initiatives to drive ROI across full-funnel acquisition, engagement, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Collaborate on annual comprehensive marketing plans tied to both internal revenue goals and partner goals.
- Implement marketing strategies by developing and executing tactical plans for energy partner fleet card portfolios.
- Support the sales team lead generation process through prospect list targeting and qualification strategies.
- Process data and determine recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B Marketing environment
- Experience in financial services, credit card marketing, or the fuel industry is a plus.
- Strong project management skills within a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
- Monday.com, JIRA, SalesLoft, Seismic, and/or Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with high motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems through critical thinking.
- Expected travel is <20%.
