About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee marketing campaigns and projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities to successfully deliver on growth objectives while proactively resolving any issues to remain on-budget.
  • Support key initiatives to drive ROI across full-funnel acquisition, engagement, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate on annual comprehensive marketing plans tied to both internal revenue goals and partner goals.
  • Implement marketing strategies by developing and executing tactical plans for energy partner fleet card portfolios.
  • Support the sales team lead generation process through prospect list targeting and qualification strategies.
  • Process data and determine recommendations to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B Marketing environment
  • Experience in financial services, credit card marketing, or the fuel industry is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills within a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
  • Monday.com, JIRA, SalesLoft, Seismic, and/or Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Self-starter with high motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems through critical thinking.
  • Expected travel is <20%.
