Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes for Technology and Digital
Drive visibility into key cost drivers (headcount, vendor spend, cloud costs, software, infrastructure)
Manage day-to-day operations, including month end close, quarterly forecast and stakeholder support for Technology, Digital & Operations.
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial and operational performance
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO, CDO and senior leaders
Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
Minimum of 10 -15 years in analytical and strategic roles (e.g., financial analysis, business analysis, or consulting)
Demonstrated ability to lead capital investment planning and decision-making in matrixed organizations
Skilled at building partnerships across functions
Strong proficiency—or eagerness to deepen expertise—in advanced analytical modeling, financial forecasting, and data transformation using tools such as Excel, Google Suite, Alteryx, or UIPath.
Highly self-driven and proactive leader
