Key responsibilities & impact

Perform thorough quality reviews of benefits administration activities across multiple clients
Validate data file integrations between internal and external systems
Create and execute detailed test plans
Log defects with clear replication steps
Validate data accuracy across systems
Perform detailed scheduled audits
Develop and maintain QA standards, test plan templates, and documentation
Partner closely with Operations, Client service, Product and Technology teams
Participate in testing efforts for system enhancements
Identify, document, and track errors, trends, and root causes

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
3–5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, system configuration, or QA
Experience in structured testing or quality control environments preferred
Google and Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word and Excel - formulas, pivot tables, Vlookups
Basic SQL
Ability to gather and analyze data requirements
Familiarity with key web technologies as used by WEX
Experience in QA automation and AI tools is a plus.
