About the role

  • Own a portfolio of initiatives within the Risk-Based Financial Products
  • Drive strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Translate customer and business needs into scoped features
  • Collaborate with risk, finance, and data science teams
  • Partner with teams to define, deliver, and scale financial products
  • Build business cases and forecast P&L outcomes
  • Lead agile development teams in the execution of MVPs
  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights in product strategy
  • Measure success by balancing customer-impact metrics with business outcomes

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of product management experience in a modern, data-driven organization
  • Experience building financial, risk, or card products in a B2B or embedded context
  • Proven ability to drive execution in cross-functional environments
  • Experience decomposing complex initiatives into small, testable features
  • Familiarity with agile processes and modern product discovery techniques
  • Clear, structured communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree is a plus
