Claims Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and process claims for various Employer benefit plans
- Daily claim processing of all FSA claim types
- Determine eligibility utilizing available resources
- Ensure workload priorities and turnaround times are met
- Properly process claim appeals
- Assist Claims Supervisors with projects
- Collaborate with other departments when appropriate
- Develop and update procedures as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Claims Specialist must ensure accuracy in processing claims
- Detail oriented and fast paced work environment
- Familiarity with IRS regulations and employer plan rules
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software issues
- Ability to assist with operational functions and projects as assigned
