- Spearhead the creation of a unified, world-class experience
- Set the multi-year strategy for a major product area within the 10-4 portfolio
- Define how 10-4 wins in the market, manages P&L outcomes, and creates sustainable competitive advantages
- Lead the transition of 0-1 initiatives into scalable, high-performing features
- Use deep customer empathy and rigorous data analysis to define experiments
- Direct high-performing scrum teams, partnering with senior engineers to solve complex technical hurdles
- Build bridges with Risk, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams
- Collaborate with UX and Analytics to conduct deep-dive research
Requirements
- Significant experience in a Senior or Lead PM role
- A proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch and then scaling it to a significant user base
- Deep understanding of unit economics, P&L management, and the mechanics of consumer financial products
- Ability to collaborate with senior engineering talent on mobile architecture, API strategy, and data pipelines
- A learning mindset with the ability to influence without authority, fostering a culture of transparency and high-velocity delivery.
