About the role

Own the execution and delivery of the Customer and Enterprise team’s financial and corporate systems product roadmap
Collaborate across the business to build the roadmap
Modernize and unify our financial systems end-to-end
Deliver best in class experiences and enable capabilities
Deeply understand WEX and our employee needs to define and prioritize the problems
Build the billing and finance roadmap
Lead 1-2 scrum teams to align on mission and deliver great results iteratively
Cross collaborate with product management, analytics, UX, sales/commercial on product research
Engage in technical discussions with senior engineers to define product strategy
Present effectively to high-level stakeholders and set clear priorities

6 - 10 years of specific product management leader experience (mandatory)
Demonstrated experience developing great products and processes in finance
Proven track record of leading multiple highly successful cross-functional teams
Comfort navigating through ambiguity and changing business environments
Strong ability to think through unifying elements and develop efficient workflows
Data driven approach for everything you do; understanding your customers
Ability to work in an agile fashion with your teams
Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plus
