About the role

  • Accountable for the development of staffing and capacity models for frontline operational teams.
  • Create and refine templates and modeling tools that the team can use as a standardized resource.
  • Review and analyze an extensive portfolio of operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Gain hands-on experience with operational management system tools to facilitate a deep understanding of organizational growth and workflow depth.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration (MBA), Operations Research, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong proficiency in data synthesis and the ability to translate "big data" into actionable staffing insights.
  • Financial modeling skills (experience with capacity planning or workforce management tools is a plus).
  • A curious mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across different levels of leadership, from Investigators to the VP of Anti-Financial Crimes.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex modeling results to non-technical stakeholders.
