About the role
- Develop and implement ongoing programs & campaigns that enhance customer engagement, adoption, and retention
- Build and execute multi-channel customer-focused campaigns
- Spend time with customers to understand pain points and improve the customer experience
- Track key metrics to evaluate the success of lifecycle initiatives
- Partner with the business and Digital Marketing team to align on strategies
- Manage risks and resolve issues impacting deliverables or objectives
- Deliver campaigns on time and on budget
- Lead ongoing reporting and evaluation of campaign results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the Financial Industry, Payments or Fintech
- Proven success in lifecycle/retention strategies across digital and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and pipeline management skills
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders
- Experience with marketing automation technology
