Own a core OTR capability or product area end-to-end
Develop clear requirements , user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Manage and prioritize the backlog
Use data, user feedback, and operational insights to identify issues
Conduct discovery with internal teams, customers, and merchants
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Analytics, Operations, and other PMs
Lead 1 scrum team (occasionally 2)
Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in gaining domain expertise

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a software or payments organization
Undergraduate degree required
Experience writing clear product requirements
Strong analytical mindset
Experience with API-based products, platform capabilities, or financial systems is a strong plus
Familiarity with mobile, cloud, or payment-related technologies is beneficial
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
