About the role
- Analyze data to identify trends and support sales operations
- Reconciling contract expectations with actual performance
- Create reports for senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the sales process
- Conduct market research
- Evaluate pricing strategies
- Provide detailed data analysis to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to align sales goals with broader business objectives
- Serve as primary liaison with Sales Center of Excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or relevant field
- 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on sales desk support
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau necessary
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
