About the role
- Driving Customer Success and Growth
- Partner with Sales/Relationship teams early in the sales cycle
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor to client development, commercial, and finance teams
- Take responsibility for building and configuring customer accounts
- Actively support the customer's integration efforts
- Lead and execute technical implementation projects
- Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Act as the 'Voice of the Customer'
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing, technical implementation, or delivery role
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Travel Technology and/or Finance Industries
- Confidence in explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and think logically through multi-faceted technical issues
- Proven ability to accelerate the selling process and delivery timeline
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage
