WEX is looking for a Lead Product Manager to architect, champion, and drive the holistic strategy of our unified Developer Portal Create a world-class experience for developers integrating with APIs across Mobility, Corporate Payments, and Health Define multi-year product roadmap for WEX Developer Portal and align initiatives to measurable developer and business outcomes Champion developer needs, lead user research, and establish processes for continuous developer empathy and insight generation Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, marketing, and business leaders across lines of business to align on shared problems Write user stories and product requirements, manage product backlog, and prioritize based on validated learning and impact Define and analyze KPIs tied to developer and business outcomes and report progress to senior leadership

10+ years of product management experience 3+ years focused on API products, developer platforms, or technical product management Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plus Expert-level understanding of REST APIs, API lifecycle management, authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth), and modern developer tools Proven ability to create and articulate a compelling product vision and build a strategic roadmap Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deep empathy for developers and passion for creating intuitive experiences Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading product managers Ability to navigate complex technical and business landscapes
