About the role
- Processes daily payments that include checks, ACH’s and wires
- Performs adjustments for previously processed payments
- Process outbound payments including wires, ACH’s, and fuel files for client payments
- Assists employees, vendors, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the accounting field
- Proficiency in the use of FactorSoft software applications and spreadsheets
- Individual must be a motivated self-starter who possesses effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
- Associates degree in Accounting preferred
- 5+ years experience in the accounting field preferred
- Previous Cash Posting experience in Factoring preferred.
