About the role

  • Develop best practice reporting for stakeholders, preparing and presenting financial reports
  • Build strong partnerships across multiple lines of business
  • Maintain a culture of a high service level and a proactive behavior
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to forecast, track, and manage departmental headcount allocations
  • Deliver financial reporting of Technology operating expenses on a monthly basis
  • Support standard monthly close process (reclasses, accruals, variance analysis, reconciliation of financial systems)
  • Provide meaningful insights and perspective on forward-looking projections
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and other Finance teams to support the monthly close process
  • Continuously review and suggest enhancements to the current processes

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of professional experience working in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, business partner/analytics, or similar role
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with automation tools
  • MBA preferred
