About the role
- Develop best practice reporting for stakeholders, preparing and presenting financial reports
- Build strong partnerships across multiple lines of business
- Maintain a culture of a high service level and a proactive behavior
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to forecast, track, and manage departmental headcount allocations
- Deliver financial reporting of Technology operating expenses on a monthly basis
- Support standard monthly close process (reclasses, accruals, variance analysis, reconciliation of financial systems)
- Provide meaningful insights and perspective on forward-looking projections
- Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and other Finance teams to support the monthly close process
- Continuously review and suggest enhancements to the current processes
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of professional experience working in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, business partner/analytics, or similar role
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience with automation tools
- MBA preferred
