About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the phased transition of Benefits Administration, Consumer Directed Health (CDH), and Cobra Direct Bill (CDB) from siloed legacy tools into a unified ecosystem
  • Identify missing metrics and design instrumentation for data-driven roadmap decisions
  • Use customer interviews and analytics to validate hypotheses and adjust unification efforts
  • Own product prioritization and recommend product direction
  • Partner with engineering on Micro-Frontend and backend API strategy
  • Define shared logic for eligibility, enrollment, identity, and other core functions
  • Direct 1–3 scrum teams across greenfield builds and legacy migrations
  • Align business leaders, UX, and engineering on the unified vision and trade-offs
  • Use AI tools for technical requirements, dataset analysis, and feature prototyping
  • Identify duplicated efforts across product tribes and consolidate them into shared services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven track record owning complex, enterprise-grade platform products
  • Experience in Health and Benefits strongly preferred
  • Strong functional grasp of APIs and Micro-Frontends (MFEs)
  • Ability to distill high-level organizational goals into actionable, step-by-step engineering roadmaps
  • Ability to balance micro-level user workflows with macro-level platform architecture
  • Comfort with data modeling and establishing single-source-of-truth architectures between disparate systems
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and history of driving consensus across competing organizational priorities
