About the role
- Collaborate with Product and UX Team Lead to translate concepts into user flows, visualizations, and prototypes
- Deliver wireframes and visualizations optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Make strategic design and user-experience recommendations related to core and new functions and features
- Identify workflow and experience problems, and suggest elegant solutions
- Ensure a user-centered design approach, rapid test and learn methodology
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with studies relevant to digital experience creation
- Solid experience as a UX Designer, or similar UX related role
- Expert level with the following tools: Figma, Google Suite
- Working knowledge in Sketch, Invision, Creative Cloud
- Strong understanding of mobile-first approach, experience designing based on personas
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities
- Good communication skills including written, verbal and presentation to leadership audiences.
