About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take finalized partnerships and turn them into high-performing revenue engines by building functional support and engagement models.
- Act as the 'Primary Evangelist' to partner sales teams, providing the training, pitch decks, and talk tracks needed to win.
- Directly impact the bottom line by joining partner sales calls, delivering product demonstrations, and executing complex co-sell opportunities.
- Own the CRM integrity for the channel, ensuring 100% accurate deal tracking, lead flow orchestration, and attribution.
- Serve as the bridge between partners and internal Product/Engineering teams to resolve technical hurdles and advocate for partner-driven roadmap requirements.
- Identify friction points in the co-sell process and refine the blueprint for how WeVideo wins alongside its partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Sales Enablement, or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of carrying and hitting a sales-related quota.
- Experience building or operationalizing a partner channel or program from the ground up.
- Expert-level experience with Salesforce (or equivalent) for tracking pipeline, managing leads, and performance reporting.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear requirements for internal support and engineering teams.
- Exceptional presence with the ability to influence external Account Executives and internal executive stakeholders.
