About the role
- Help new customers get up and running with WeTravel by migrating content such as reservation details, photos, pricing information, and tour descriptions.
- Provide personalized trainings to ensure every new customer is confident using the WeTravel platform.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and customers across the onboarding journey.
- Partner with sales teams to set them and customers up for success.
- Identify potential pain points and red flags and address them proactively.
- Build trips, migrate participants, and deliver training directly with customers to ensure proper setup.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure none fall through the cracks.
- Lead projects with full ownership and add extra value where possible.
- Perform onsite client visits as needed and participate in company programs such as Amsterdam visits and annual off-sites.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (bonus points for other languages!)
- Passionate about educating customers and colleagues, performance improvement, and commercial success.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable being in a customer facing role and performing tasks that require attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and manage multiple stakeholders and their expectations.
- Willingness to do onsite visits to clients and help them get set up for success.
- Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS (bonus).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Loom (bonus).
- Teaching background, or experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles (bonus).
- Experience designing and implementing best practices and processes (bonus).
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States; WeTravel cannot offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
