About the role
- Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and smoothly handing off to onboarding.
- Focus on understanding each client's unique needs and aligning our solutions to match.
- Guide and support potential customers in discovering how WeTravel (products) can truly help their business thrive.
- Spend most of your time doing what actually moves the needle: prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or the travel industry.
- Are fluent in English and Nordic Language (Norwegian or Swedish); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Are comfortable making outbound calls (this will be important with a new market like Australia) and conducting product demos.
- Have experience managing the full sales cycle and achieving sales targets.
- Are self-motivated (we love self starters!) and goal-oriented.

- Attractive compensation - uncapped commission. Base Fulltime Salary is $40,000 (USD) (On Target Earnings: Year 1 OTE = USD 92,500, Year 2 OTE = USD 125,000)
