About the role
- Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing deals with small-to-medium sized, multi-day tour operators
- Ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding team
- Focus day-to-day on calls, demos, and follow-ups using a consultative approach and HubSpot
- Prospect and connect with tour operators in the Netherlands
- Act as a business developer: source leads, gather market insights, and help break into France & Benelux
- Run engaging demos that clearly show the value of WeTravel
- Manage pipeline in HubSpot and keep deals moving forward
- Close new business and ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding
- Share market feedback with product and marketing teams
- Collaborate with an international, high-performing team
Requirements
- Native or fully proficient in English and Dutch (required)
- Confidence on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow
- Some experience with inside sales via email and phone
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Bonus: hospitality or travel background and understanding of how tour operators think
- Full legal right to work in the Netherlands (citizenship or residency); no visa sponsorship available
