About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing deals with small-to-medium sized, multi-day tour operators
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding team
  • Focus day-to-day on calls, demos, and follow-ups using a consultative approach and HubSpot
  • Prospect and connect with tour operators in the Netherlands
  • Act as a business developer: source leads, gather market insights, and help break into France & Benelux
  • Run engaging demos that clearly show the value of WeTravel
  • Manage pipeline in HubSpot and keep deals moving forward
  • Close new business and ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding
  • Share market feedback with product and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with an international, high-performing team

Requirements

  • Native or fully proficient in English and Dutch (required)
  • Confidence on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow
  • Some experience with inside sales via email and phone
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Bonus: hospitality or travel background and understanding of how tour operators think
  • Full legal right to work in the Netherlands (citizenship or residency); no visa sponsorship available
