About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, address, and ensure resolution of anomalies and/or opportunities for improvement in company and client products and processes;
- Conduct post-sales technical visits (quality monitoring / client engagement) and respond to requests from the sales team;
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, continuously exploring alternatives to ensure a high level of service delivery;
- Prepare analyses to support the department's activities;
- Participate in internal audits at client sites and at the facility when requested;
- Support company teams during the implementation of solutions or pilot lots on the client's production line, from setup through final validation;
- Provide the commercial team with relevant information about each client before engagement (routine visits, development, prospecting/opportunity identification, technical support activities, etc.);
- Work closely with the client's manufacturing and quality teams to address root causes of quality deviations;
- Provide fast and effective feedback to clients regarding anomalies identified on their lines, minimizing impacts from various sources (product, process, environment, people, etc.) through diagnostics performed or by involving the company's cross-functional teams;
- Monitor the progress of corrective/preventive actions proposed to the client for each action plan;
- Provide formal feedback to the client regarding the progress of each proposed action plan;
- Provide feedback to the Plant Quality team regarding the effectiveness of designed action plans and the need for possible adjustments or additional client considerations;
- Comply with policies, procedures, and standards related to the company, work processes, and implemented management systems;
- Perform other activities related to the role and work procedures as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Technical/vocational industrial course is desirable;
- Availability to travel;
- Must be available to work off-site (frequent client visits);
- Experience in technical support/field service is a plus.
