About the role

  • Monitor and analyze actual results versus budget.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operational performance indicators.
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget and its periodic revisions (Forecast).
  • Analyze costs and contribution margins by product or business unit.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal control procedures.
  • Participate in the monthly management close, ensuring the accuracy of reported data.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization of financial processes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
  • Guide and support area managers in understanding their expenses and budgets.
  • Adhere to company policies/procedures/standards related to the organization, work processes, and implemented management systems.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of controllership routines, costing, and managerial accounting.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Protheus, or similar) is desirable.
  • Intermediate English (considered an advantage for reporting).
  • Availability to work 100% on-site in Porto Feliz, SP (São Paulo, Brazil).
