About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Providing the best credit structure and financial solutions for our agribusiness customers
Core responsibilities include credit analysis, building customer and industry insight and helping to secure growth in the portfolio
Utilising financial analysis, research and report writing skills to prepare credit submissions
Supporting Agribusiness relationship managers with portfolio activity
Building thorough knowledge of Westpac’s products and services as well as industry expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

An understanding of business/commercial and farm management practices
Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness or similar is preferred but not essential
Experience in financial analysis, accounting or business administration
Ability to recognise areas of opportunity, to adapt and innovate and to drive productivity
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Customer centric, a team-player who exhibits drive, resilience and high levels of personal integrity and professionalism.
