Overseeing and driving the quality management system for all concrete building product manufacturing locations in the U.S. and Mexico
Ensuring all products meet or exceed internal and external standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
Leading quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives
Conducting regular audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products
Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Serving as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and audits
Preparing and presenting regular reports on quality performance to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related technical field
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in quality management within the building materials or concrete products industry
In-depth knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar), statistical process control, and root cause analysis
Preferred Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) by ASQ
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
