About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive overall Westlake business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, increasing product specification and adoption, and expanding wallet share with existing accounts
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, targeted outreach, networking, and strategic account planning
- Effectively present and demonstrate Westlake’s roofing systems, materials, and value propositions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including HOAs, architects, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the roofing and HOA sectors
- Work closely with the Territory Managers, internal sales, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure seamless support for customers and successful project execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five to seven years work experience in a related role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail oriented
- An enthusiastic, self-starter with good interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills and ability to speak comfortably in front of groups
- Working knowledge of MS office suite including teams and outlook 365
- Experience with Salesforce
- Job will require 70% travel on average
- Ability to be away from home for multiple nights per week and riding in automobiles for several hours per day is required
- Insurability and valid US state driver’s license is mandatory.
