About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships live-in person
Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts
Follow up on new leads and referrals from telephone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers
Develop, maintain, and grow current and potential dealer partners
Communicate with dealer partners by phone or in person about current programs
Train dealers on Western Funding and the documentation required for fast contract funding
Increase funded deals by identifying, onboarding, and managing growth with suitable dealers
Report to Regional Sales Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of automotive, finance, and sales
Previous experience in the financial services sector or a car dealership
1–2 years’ previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success
Clear and effective presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
Results orientation aligned with company objectives
Ability to work independently and in a team
Comfortable travelling up to 75% of the time to visit auto dealers
Spanish bilingual ability is a plus
