About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop and implement comprehensive quarterly and annual sales training plans that support Westlake’s sales objectives.
- Monitor effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs.
- Train
- Provide up-to-date training handouts, slides, and videos to the sales force.
- Review and purchase potential sales contracts during dealer visits.
- Participate in Regional meetings, trade shows, Regional activities, special events and seminars.
- Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred
- Automotive, Finance and Sales Experience, required
- Previous Outside Sales Experience, preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook), required
- Knowledge of Web Applications, required
- Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL, beneficial
