About the role

  • Create and nurture ongoing relationship contacts with dealers
  • Increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers
  • Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers around the US
  • Manage own dealer base to understand the Westlake Program
  • Provide world-class customer service through training and prospecting
  • Constant and effective communication via phone, email, and video meetings with dealer partners
  • Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred)
  • 1-2 year’s previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
  • High School Diploma required
  • College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
  • Clear and effective presentation skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
  • Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
  • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
